What do I need to do to receive a Better Living Offer?

Receive a Service Call by an Electrolux Service Technician where your product is deemed unrepairable. The Electrolux Service technician will advise you that you are eligible for the Better Living Offer The value of the offer is the service call out fee (as detailed on the Service tax invoice), excluding the cost of any spare parts purchased.

Participating Products you can purchase to be eligible for the cashback are the following:
AEG, BeefEater, Vintec, Westinghouse, Chef, Simpson or Kelvinator

Orders showing incomplete payment for the participating products will not be accepted.

How long is the offer valid?

Your Better Living Offer is valid for 3 months from the Service Call date.

How do I enter this offer?

Claimants must visit: betterlivingoffer.com.au

Follow the prompts on the application email you receive after your Service Call.

How do I contact you about this offer?

What is the gift with purchase?

The amount available for redemption as part of the Better Living Offer will be specified on the Better Living Offer issued to an Eligible Customer which amount will equate to the cost of the service call fee, excluding the cost of any spare parts purchased.

How will I receive my cashback?

The cash back will be awarded in the form of a payment via EFT transfer to a nominated bank account.

When will I receive my gift?

Claimants should allow 6 - 8 weeks for payment of their cash back from the approval of their claim.

What if my EFT payment fails?

You will receive an email advising your payment failed and will be asked to resupply your EFT details for processing.

How many times can I claim the cash back?

Only one (1) claim per Better Living Offer is permitted per purchase.

Why is there no box to tick for Privacy? Is it a secure website?

This is a secure website - your privacy is protected throughout the website. As per the Terms and Conditions, Electrolux may use your information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning you.

I entered a different name on the online claim form, from the name shown on the receipt. Is this OK?

No, it is not. The name/entrant on the claim form must match the name on the receipt, in order to be eligible for this offer. Claims that are received showing a different name will be made invalid.

I don't have internet or email, is there another way for me to enter in this offer?

Unfortunately, not. You will need to find a family member or friend who has internet access who can help you complete an online claim.
