Once you have received your Better Living Offer email, to claim you simply need to:

1. Purchase any Electrolux, AEG, BeefEater, Vintec, Westinghouse, Chef, Simpson or Kelvinator appliance and note the serial number of your product and scan or photograph your purchase receipt.
   *Note: Westinghouse Small Appliances, Kitchenware, Audio Visual, Lighting, AEG Power Tools and IKEA are all excluded from this offer*.
2. Click on your Unique Entry Resume link you received with your initial e-voucher
3. Complete the official claim form and enter your details and the replacement product purchase details.
4. Upload your scanned or photographed purchase receipt and click ‘submit’.

Your Better Living Offer is valid for 3 months from date of issue.

Claims must be completed and submitted online within 3 months of receiving your Better Living Offer e-voucher.
