Once you have received your Better Living Offer email, to claim you simply need to:
- Purchase any Electrolux, AEG, BeefEater, Vintec, Westinghouse, Chef, Simpson or Kelvinator appliance and note the serial number of your product and scan or photograph your purchase receipt.
*Note: Westinghouse Small Appliances, Kitchenware, Audio Visual, Lighting and AEG Power Tools are all excluded from this offer*.
- Click on your Unique Entry Resume link you received with your initial e-voucher
- Complete the official claim form and enter your details and the replacement product purchase details.
- Upload your scanned or photographed purchase receipt and click ‘submit’.
Your Better Living Offer is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Claims must be completed and submitted online within 3 months of receiving your Better Living Offer e-voucher.
